K-2nd Volleyball
Our K-2nd grade volleyball class introduces young students to the fun and fundamentals of volleyball through age-appropriate games and activities. Children will develop basic motor skills like hand-eye coordination, balance, and teamwork while learning simple volleyball movements such as underhand passing, setting, and serving with beach balls or balloons. The focus is on building confidence, cooperation, and a love for the game in a positive, encouraging environment where all students can succeed and have fun.

3rd-5th Grade Beginner/Intermediate Volleyball
This class introduces 3rd-5th grade students to the fundamental skills of volleyball, with an emphasis on developing hand-eye coordination, balance, and teamwork. Players will learn essential volleyball movements such as passing, setting, serving, and basic positioning through fun drills and age-appropriate games. Emphasis will be placed on building confidence and cooperation while helping students improve their skills in a supportive, team-oriented environment. Players will also start to understand the rules of the game and the importance of communication on the court. By the end of the session, students will have a solid foundation to continue building their volleyball skills in a fun and inclusive setting.

4th & 5th Grade Experienced Volleyball
This class is designed for 4th and 5th graders who already have some experience with volleyball and want to develop their skills further. Students will work on refining their passing, setting, serving, and hitting, as well as improving their court awareness and positioning. Through more advanced drills and team-based games, players will focus on improving their technique, timing, and teamwork. This class also introduces more strategic elements of the game, such as offensive and defensive positioning, and understanding rotations. The goal is to prepare students for more competitive play while fostering a fun and supportive environment where players can continue to improve and enjoy the game.

6th-8th Grade Beginner/Intermediate Volleyball
This class is ideal for middle school students (6th-8th grade) who are new to volleyball or want to improve their skills in a supportive setting. Players will build a strong foundation in the core volleyball skills, including passing, setting, serving, and basic hitting. The focus will be on mastering fundamental techniques, improving consistency, and learning effective court movement. Through drills, games, and team exercises, students will develop their coordination, communication, and understanding of the game’s rules and strategies. This class is perfect for players who are ready to take their skills to the next level and prepare for more competitive volleyball opportunities in a fun and encouraging environment.

6th-8th Grade Experienced Volleyball
For experienced 6th-8th grade players who have a solid understanding of volleyball basics, this class focuses on refining skills and increasing game knowledge. Players will work on advanced techniques, such as better control of the ball, more strategic passing, attacking, and serving. The class will focus on individual skill development as well as teamwork, including learning offensive and defensive strategies, rotations, and game scenarios. With an emphasis on technique, communication, and court awareness, players will challenge themselves through more complex drills and competitive play. This class prepares players for higher-level competition and gives them the tools to excel on the court.

This class is designed for high school students who are new to volleyball or are continuing to build their foundational skills.
