There will be no classes April 13th-17th and May 25th.

How to Register for the Two Strong Inclusive Fitness Program
All new participants must schedule a compatibility call before joining the program. Participants must also be comfortable with a six to one staff to athlete ratio. See the enrollment information below, including how to schedule a call. Questions can be sent to info@thetwohappy.com.
Please review the options below carefully. The correct registration method depends on how you are paying and what state you are in.
1. Paying Out of Pocket
Complete registration and checkout as normal and pay the full amount.
2. New Jersey Participants Using DDD
At checkout, enter the code DDDAPPROVED.
Your total will change to $0.
Important: Your spot is not reserved until we receive written approval from your support coordinator confirming DDD funding approval.
3. New York Participants Using Self Direction
Complete registration and pay in full at checkout.
Reimbursement is not guaranteed unless you already have approval from your Self Direction broker.
Please confirm approval with your broker before registering.
HIIT
A high energy interval training class designed for adults of all abilities. This class alternates between short bursts of effort and rest to build strength, endurance, and cardiovascular fitness. Workouts focus mostly on bodyweight movements with the option to use light weights. Exercises will be done standing and seated, with clear options provided so everyone can move safely and confidently at their own pace.
Strength Sculpt
A welcoming pilates class designed for adults of all abilities. This class focuses on strength, mobility, balance, and core control using clear instruction and supportive options so everyone can move safely and confidently at their own pace. The class is accessible, empowering, and engaging for everybody.
Cardio
A fun, high energy cardio class designed for adults of all abilities. This class focuses on increasing heart rate, endurance, and overall fitness through engaging movement and games. Participants are encouraged to move at their own pace with options to modify each activity.
