Step 1: Review What’s Included

Private Space: Full Turf, Cake Birthday Party Room & Dining Lounge

Guests: 25 adults. Additional adults are $35 (1.5 hour party). For parties longer than 1.5 hours, the price per additional adult increases by $5 for every 30 minutes. We can accommodate 100+ adults.

Activities: Sports, games, and/or activities led by two expert coaches. Activity options are listed below!

Food & Drinks:

  • 1 full slice of pizza/adult (4 pies), garlic knots, juice, water, soda & chips

Staff: Two highly qualified head coaches to facilitate activities & 1 party host

Decorations: We provide black table covers & paper goods.

Gift: $100 NVSA gift card for the birthday family

Step 3: Choose your food

Catering is provided by the Bicycle Club of Englewood Cliffs, and NVSA will handle all catering orders for you. Please note that no outside food is allowed, with the exception of desserts and drinks.

Please note there is a $200 fee for bringing your own outside vendor for a service that is already offered.

Step 7: Review our Policies

  • $200 non-refundable deposit due at time of booking.

  • Deposits will not transfer to NVSA credit if party is cancelled. We will accommodate date/time changes based on
    availability.

  • The head count that you provide is what you will be charged for.

  • For parties with more than 32 adults, an extra coach will be provided. After that, an additional coach will be provided for
    every 10 adults.

  • Clients must bring their own cake/goody bags.

  • No outside food apart from desserts and drinks are permitted.

  • All guests must create NVSA accounts prior to the party.

  • Party bookings are scheduled back-to-back. We can only guarantee access to the party room at your scheduled start time.
    If you need extra time for setup, please contact us to arrange and pay for additional time prior to your party.

  • The turf, court, and the Playbox are only available during the play portion of the party. You will no longer have access
    once eating begins.

  • Please note there is a $200 fee for bringing your own outside vendor for a service that is already offered.

  • All adults participating in any activities will be included in the final head count.

  • Our staff is happy to assist in setting up basic decorations (table cloths, table balloons, plates, etc.). We will only be able to
    assist setting up balloon murals, backdrops, cake tables, etc. if time permits.

  • 20% gratuity (of base price) + sales tax is not included in pricing listed above.

  • Please note that party prices are subject to change. Your final party price will be the price quoted online at the time of
    deposit payment.
